Stayed at Maison Garnier for a weekend getaway. Homemade breakfast was delicious, with a lovely hostess. Attention to details and eco-friendly efforts were commendable. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. The hotel's location was central, steps away from the beach and close to the old market. Despite being near the action, it was never loud. Street parking was easy to find. A wonderful place to land!

The guest rooms at Maison Garnier Hotel De Charme Biarritz are absolutely lovely. I stayed in a spacious room that had an LCD TV with cable channels, which made relaxing in the evenings even more enjoyable. The traditional Basque furniture added a charming touch to the room, making it feel cozy and welcoming. The private bathroom was clean and modern, with all the necessary amenities. Plus, the Wi-Fi access was a convenient bonus!

Personally, I found one feature at Maison Garnier Hotel De Charme Biarritz that I liked a little less. The seating area in some units was not as comfortable as I had expected.

There was no lift in the hotel, which made carrying luggage up to our room a bit of a challenge. the hilly terrain in the area made for some steep walks, which can be tiring for some visitors.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly and very helpful with parking and transportation advice. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, especially the large bathroom with a wonderful shower. The location was perfect, just a few minutes’ walk from the charming local market and the beautiful beach. Additionally, there was an impressive variety of bars and restaurants within easy reach. The breakfast was tasty, and I especially enjoyed the homemade preserves.

Had a wonderful stay during Christmas! The breakfast had a good variety with homemade yogurt, croissants and cereal. The location was great- just steps away from the beach and a must-visit old market, but never felt too noisy. The bed was super comfortable and the attention to detail made me feel very welcome. Loved the fact that they were environmentally friendly. the stay was extremely enjoyable!

One of the staff members was very rude and it left a bad taste in my mouth. However, it didn't take away from the great experience I had at the hotel.

The hotel had a great location, only a short walk to the city center and surrounded by many restaurants and shops. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a well-maintained bathroom. The breakfast had different options to choose from, including homemade preserves and delicious croissants. We enjoyed the cozy lounge area on the first floor with comfortable furniture. The hotel had free wifi, which was fast and reliable. Neg: Unfortunately, the walls of the room were quite thin, and we could hear noisy neighbors next door.
